Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike has sworn in the First Female Chief Judge of Rivers State Justice Daisy Wotube Okocha at a ceremony that took place at the state government house today January 4th.
Justice Okocha has been the state Acting Chief Judge since June 1, 2015.
