I could play abroad one day - Gotze
Mario Gotze has suggested he may look to move abroad in the future, despite stating that he is happy at Bayern Munich. The 22-year-old attracted significant interest from across Europe before he swapped Borussia Dortmund for the Bavarian giants, with Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea all reportedly considering bids. And the Germany international – who scored the winning goal in the 2014 World Cup final – has now revealed that he would be open to sampling another league in the future, having spent his entire career to date in the Bundesliga. "I am very, very happy to be playing at Bayern, in Germany," he told Bild. "But I might play for another 14 years, and a move abroad would certainly not be bad. "A foreign country would also be tempting for someone of my personality, but I have not given it serious thought yet." Gotze has made four appearances in all competitions for Bayern this season, scoring once.
