Hurray! Thank God I have been vindicated! Court of Appeal Makurdi just nullified Sen. David Mark's election and ordered fresh election!
Fresh elections have been ordered by the appeal court within 90 days.
He had won at the tribunal but his opponent took the case to the appeal court. It continues the fall from grace of the former no 3 citizen of Nigeria.
