Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has been named the Premier League's Manager of the Month for October. The same version of the award for players was won by Leicester striker Jamie Vardy.
The Frenchman led Arsenal to wins in all their four league games last month, including successive 3-0 wins over Manchester United, Watford and Swansea.
They also won against Everton defeating the Merseyside club 2-1.
Speaking to Sky Sports after being presented with the award and Wenger said:
"It is always good because it just reminds youthat -- especially after a defeat like we had on Wednesday night -- we have not done too badly in the last month."
"You worry as well about maintaining the run for coming months. That is what we want to do always."
Arsenal are joint top of the table alongside Manchester City.
It is Wenger's 15th Barclays Premier League Manager of the Month award.
Meanwhile English striker Jamie Vardy's form saw him help his club Leicester to three Premier League wins and a draw in October.
The player's club was clearly happy at their player winning the award as shown by their post on twitter.
