A debate which has taken several turns just took a new one with the residents of London being urged to throw their cigarette butts into a special kind of bin in a clever new campaign by Hubbub.
Cigarette smokers outside Embankment tube station in London now use their cigarette butt boxes to cast their vote on who they think is the world's best player out of Ronaldo and Messi.
It is clearly a smart method.
