It is the Kokomo Island. It is an 80m tall private floating island. It has a waterfall, two beach clubs and a shark feeding station.
It also comes with a submersible yacht that will serve as its motherboard. The yacht takes the shape of a submarine.

Although it is still in the design stage, the designers will unveil it at the Monaco show.
They also revealed there has been interest from clients from all over the world.
Surely only billionaires can afford it.....
