Bartomeu: Barcelona could let Arda Turan leave on loan

Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu has admitted that new signing Arda Turan could be sent out on loan until January 2016.
The Blaugrana have been blocked from registering players until next year after being found guilty by Fifa of irregularities in the movement of under-age players.
However, the European champions have nonetheless signed two new players this summer - Aleix Vidal from Sevilla and Arda from Atletico Madrid.
The latter's arrival at a cost of €34 million - which could rise to €41m - had been the subject of much debate as Barca had the option to send the player back to the Vicente Calderon pending the outcome of this week's presidential election.
However, while all four candidates have now agreed to retain the services of the Turkey international , Bartomeu says that he is open to sending Arda out on loan for the first half of the 2015-16 campaign.
"This is a possibility," the Blaugrana supremo, who is bidding for a first full term after taking to reins from Sandro Rosell in January 2014, told RAC1 . "But the final decision must be made by coach Luis Enrique and it must be a purely technical decision."
When pressed on where Barca would allow Arda to spend the first six months of next season, Bartomeu added: "It must be a team not playing in the Champions League."
Bartomeu also a revealed that while Arda could leave on loan, Vidal wants to stay at Camp Nou.
"He has already decided to train with the squad," the Catalan added.
