Amanda Bynes kicked out of fashion school amid allegations of 'cheating and turning up high on drugs'

It was thought she was getting her life back on track following a tough few years which saw her face legal troubles before being placed on an involuntary hold psychiatric hold in July 2013.
But after Amanda Bynes was arrested for DUI on Sunday, with TMZ reporting she was under the influence of Adderall at the time, things started quickly falling apart for the troubled former child star.
TMZnow claims the aspiring designer has been kicked out of the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Irvine, California, with one former classmate alleging Amanda, 28, often turned up high on marijuana and paid some of her fellow students to do her homework for her.

Rachel Loritz told the website: 'She was clearly high, and not good at hiding it she almost always wore sunglasses and laughed out loud at inappropriate times.'
Ms Loritz added that she turned downAmanda's offer to pay her for doing her work but some students accepted.

Multiple sources told TMZ that Amanda was kicked out of the school in September.

Meanwhile, according to TMZ, the troubled Easy A star had taken Adderall, the doctor-prescribed psychostimulant, before she was pulled over by police in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles on Sunday.
The website reports that Amanda was 'out of it', failing multiple field sobriety tests and eventually being taken into custody following her 4 am stop.

Her police stop in Van Nuys and subsequent arrest were confirmed to MailOnline by the California Highway Patrol.
Amanda was cited for being under the influence of a controlled substance while driving her Mercedes-Benz and released at 12 noon that same day on $15,000 bail.
The former child star is set to appear in court on October 23 in Van Nuys.

Law enforcement sources told TMZthe She's The Man actress was on drugs, specifically marijuana, but this has not yet been confirmed.
The former child star was booked at the Los Angeles Police Department's Van Nuys division on a misdemeanour DUI.
The brunette movie and TV star had been living with her parents Lynn and Rick in a LA suburb as she has dealt with several legal problems from the past few years. She was last seen in public in June.
