The iconic attacker celebrates his birthday on Saturday and made his debut for the club way back in 1992, but Garcia says he has the physical conditioning of a much younger player.
"Totti is a freak of nature as a physical specimen," the Frenchman said at a press conference.
"And he's a professional off the pitch too.
"Let's not remind Totti how old he actually is. He feels as if he's still 28."
The Roma coach also had words of encouragement for Miralem Pjanic in the wake of his superb goal against Parma in midweek, as well as for experienced defender Maicon.
"Pjanic showed in the 88th minute of the game against Parma how great he is and what he can bring to Roma.
