But not even pregnancy can stop Alicia Keys from lending her voice to a charitable cause.
On Friday, the 33-year-old looked blissful in a comfortable white top that hugged her growing belly as she rehearsed for Saturday's Global Citizen Festival in New York City.
Alicia teamed the top with a pair of skin-tight black trousers, and completed the look with a floppy hat.
Polishing off her casual attire was a slick of pink lipstick and a coat of smokey eyeshadow.
The Fallin hit-maker looked completely at ease as she took a seat behind the piano onstage.
